The Animal Jam Box is an exciting new subscription program from the creators of Animal Jam. I’ve had a lot of questions about the AJ Box so I figured I’d make a post to explain it!
The Box Head is a non-member land clothing item. It was released on September 29, 2016, and was formerly sold at Jam Mart Clothing during the Night of the Phantoms. In October 2017, this item was relocated to the Shiveer Shoppe. The Box Head is a cardboard box. On it, there are two circular eyes. Every Animal Jam Box will have a curated assortment of mystery items with a total retail value of over $60! Most of the goodies inside are totally exclusive to the box and can’t be found anywhere else. The boxes may also include rare first edition items before they are released in stores! The types of items that could be inside include clothing, accessories, electronics, toys, stationery.
What is the Animal Jam Box?
The Animal Jam Box is a quarterly subscription service where you receive a box full of Animal Jam goodies delivered to your door every 3 months. Each box comes packed with 4-5 exclusive Animal Jam items worth over $60! Here are some of the things you might find inside your box delivery:
- Animal Jam clothing and apparel
- Animal Jam jewelry
- Plushies
- Exclusive limited edition Animal Jam game codes to unlock rare items and animals
How Does it Work and How Much Does it Cost?
In order to start receiving the Animal Jam Box, you must visit the website here. Make sure to ask your parents before signing up because you will need a credit card to pay for the boxes. You will be asked for your shoe and shirt size when you sign up so you’ll get clothes that fit!
There are two different options for receiving the Animal Jam Box – a quarterly subscription and an annual subscription. Each plan includes the same items, the only difference is how the billing works.
Quarterly Subscription
The quarterly subscription is billed every 3 months and you can cancel any time. The cost of the quarterly subscription is $25 per delivery (every 3 months) plus $6 shipping per box. Here’s what the yearly cost looks like:
$25 per box x 4 deliveries = $100
$6 shipping per box x 4 deliveries = $24
Total yearly cost = $124
Animal Jam Boxes For Sale
Annual Subscription
With the annual subscription, you pay ahead of time for a whole year of deliveries but it saves you some money. You can cancel anytime but you’ll still receive any of the boxes you’ve pre-paid for. The price of the annual subscription is only $23 per box with $6 shipping for each one.
Total yearly cost = $116
So if you’re planning on receiving Animal Jam boxes for a whole year, it’s better to go with the annual subscription. It costs more money up front, but it will save you over the course of a year.
