What Do I Do If I Forgot My Animal Jam Username

I have done what was suggested here sbiaj.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202833280-What-do-I-do-if-I-can-t-remember-my-username-
So I went into my parent's account to change my user, but there are no accounts linked up with it! Was my account deleted? I never did anything wrong, and I haven't played in months. I don't know how to reset my user since it isn't linked with my parent account (which it was when I signed up)

There is a way to change your username on Animal Jam.

1. Email AJHQ telling them you want to change your user. Includeyour username currently, if you are a member or not, and your top 5suggestions. You can only change once, so choose wisely!

2. Wait for AJHQ to reply and give them the information needed.When I emailed them, they asked for the credit card number I usedto pay my membership with, so I reccommend you ask for help from aparent/guardian.
